Built in 1960 by a well-respected Builder who built several in this neighbourhood. I bought this house through a footy friend 21 years ago. I was hardly finished repainting inside & polishing the floors when I was approached by a young lovely couple who want to be secure & not have my house sold out from under them. I said I wouldnt do that. 7 Years later they had some family issues & now with 4 Children asked to move on. Sad, but it had to be. Oh, & I am the God-father of the Kids. True story. Ive had more wonderful Tenants over the years, another for 7 years & some wonderful others. Weve had a Wedding in the large backyard & a couple of families reunited. Yes, she needs some work, like Gutters & Outside Paint, which I was going to do, but, Im a Pensioner & want to retire & move on, so, I hope you appreciate the House & Home to do for you what it meant to me. I was asked when I first entered into the purchased to Be respectful. I believe I have done nothing less.
There are a couple of more jobs & cleaning to be done but they should be finished within the next day or so as well as the removal of my tools etc & some materials stored under the house.
