'Hollymount' and 'Mt Driven' are a portfolio of 2 adjoining aggregations and are being offered as a whole or individually. The aggregation comprises 61,007.34ha* (150,749.14* acres) of freehold land, incorporating grazing and cultivation located 51km* St George, 164km* Goondiwindi, 230km* Roma, 257km* Dalby & 339km* Toowoomba providing access to a number of feedlots, abattoirs and regional saleyards for livestock and marketing options for grain/crops.

'Hollymount' 34,046.76ha* (84,131ac*) developed brigalow / belah including improved pastures with established buffel and cultivation, 2 flowing bores supplying 50* tanks & 67* troughs + 30* dams. 2 sets of cattle yards, houses, sheds & airstrip. Five Freehold Titles and registered PMAV.

'Hollymount' comprises 11,960ha* of improved pastures, 3,400ha* currently sown to oats/wheat, 3,500ha* of previous cultivation which has now returned to buffel predominantly, 11,895ha* of grazing with light to moderate timber regrowth, 1,250ha* of older regrowth timber, with the balance of 2,041ha* being remnant vegetation. Improvements include extensive fencing and a capped pipe scheme with waters reticulated through 32* poly tanks and 24* concrete troughs.
