Blackwood Chalet is ready and waiting for you to enjoy the year round attractions of the high country. It's super cute but certainly not small and definitely excellent value. The lovely light filled living area opens onto a nice big deck shaded by towering peppermint gums, and there's 4 really big bedrooms on 2 separate levels each with their own bathroom. It's a great layout for two families to share and is a very popular on airbnb in all seasons. The current owners tell us they have been collecting around $40,000 annually in recent years when they haven't been using the property themselves. Dibs on the top floor with the spa! Very nice after a hard day on the slopes, or trails in the nearby State Forest.
