The tenant acknowledges and is aware there are gas bottles required to the property and the tenant is responsible for setting up their own account, purchase and replacement of all gas bottles at the premises, and to ensure they are removed at the end of the Tenancy.
The Owner will consider allowing the Tenant usage of the paddocks dependent on usage. The Tenant acknowledges that inclusion of the paddock areas will be at an additional cost dependent on usage and this to be negotiated within the application process. The Tenant also acknowledges that local Shire conditions must be met in relation to keeping of animals and that additional terms and conditions relative to fencing and maintenance may apply and will be negotiated dependent on usage during the application process.

The tenant is aware that the property is not connected to scheme water. Water supply to the property is provided by rainwater tank and/or bore. If water is required to be carted to the property, this is at the cost of the tenant, and is the tenant's responsibility to arrange. Upon vacation of the property, that water level in the tank is to be comparable to that at the commencement of the tenancy.
