This property is beautifully placed, just 12 minutes from St Helens, on eastern side of Georges Bay, cushioned between a perfect family friendly beach (100 metre walk) and the rugged Tasman Sea.

The virtually brand new shed has almost everything you need. For starters we have 3.6m wide x 3.4 m high roller door for the big boat. You have the necessities of bathroom and toilet, a fully functioning kitchenette and, an enclosed "carport" with a wood heater to sit back and watch Saturday night footy. And, "walk in, walk out" down to the cutlery!

Equally, you can head up the spiral staircase to a massive mezzanine area, fully insulated with it's own reverse cycle unit keeping it cool or toasty warm, depending on the season.

We also have an on site van (with permit) for sleeping accommodation, once again, with it's own reverse cycle unit giving 12 months all year comfort.

For the passive angler you have a two minute drive to the boat ramp that services Georges Bay but if your looking to head off shore looking for the BIG catch, which the area is renowned for, a mere 5 minute drive and your heading out to the continental shelf fishing for Mako shark and a huge variety of deep sea fish.

But it's not just about fishing. World renowned St Helens Mountain Bike tracks are only minutes away with the scenic Bay of Fires Beaches (recently rated Australia's number 1 beach) only a 30 minute scenic drive. Oysters? You bet, straight from oyster beds in Georges Bay!
