? 2-part contract, Land contract and Build contract
? A $1000 deposit is required for the land contract, I will order the contract from the land developer. Turnaround time is approx. 3 days.
? A $1000 deposit is required for a building contract with the builder. I will organize and send this contract to be sent to you or directly to your solicitor.
? 5% deposit for Land contract to DFC. Balance on land settlement.
? 5% deposit for the Build contract to the builder. Balance via Method build payments.
