The lounge features oak floorboards, a custom bench seat with additional storage and a combination of direct and indirect light that is perfect for indoor plants. The balcony offers both city and park views, to be enjoyed from the wine bar (or standing desk!) made from local recycled eucalyptus timber.

The bedroom is a very generous size, with mirrored double wardrobe and access to the balcony. The bathroom / laundry is spacious enough to host drying racks, which means they aren't in the main living space! Importantly, the shower has great pressure and temperature control. The carpark is secure and has ample space even for a large car. 'Freedom Wifi' is available within the building - handy for anyone wanting quick and easy connection.

The neighbourhood at the 'Vue' complex is very welcoming. They have a community library, a Facebook page for communicating and they are always helping each other out - from offering free lemons to help walking dogs! As lovely as the neighbours are, it is comforting that the walls are very thick and noise complaints are rare.

The neighbourhood has many beautiful walking and bike tracks - along the river, around Flemington racecourse, into the city or to local Kensington cafes. A beautiful inner-city lifestyle!
