The Healesville-Toolangi drive is one of the loveliest in the Yarra Valley, winding its way up the hill to where the tall timbers grow... Set amongst this environment, is this unique property; an enclave of buildings and structures spread over approximately 24 hectares of land.

The property has been set aside for conservation and managed chemical free for the more than four decades, the entirety of current ownership. Once part of a much larger property; it surprises with remnants of exotic plantings apparent intertwined in the bush. These represent the historical remains of the Rimmington Nursery, once the largest plant nursery in the Southern Hemisphere post war. A 12 Megalitre water license remains in place along with an in situ bore; That's more water than you could shake a stick at! House One was built in the late 1930s, possibly into the 1940s.
