The Somerville presents a wonderful little one bedroom apartment, as part of a boutique low rise building in a cracking location. You will love it!

This 48 m^2 space is a light filled, 1st floor, one bedroom apartment with en suite, and an additional toilet off the entry hall. The kitchen has beaucoup storage, inbuilt dishwasher, gas stove top and Bosch electric fan-forced oven with griller. The European-style laundry has a sink, storage and plenty of space for separate washer, dryer and storage. The main living area looks out over a 7m^2 balcony, through double glazing, so there's no outside noise when the doors are closed, and obviously great for energy saving. The bedroom, which fits a king size bed, and has inbuilt robes and a window that opens into an internal light well; the en-suite is well appointed with storage space, light filled as it also has double glazed glass, looking into the light well. It also has the added benefit of a endless hot water through a building wide hot water supply!

The premises has a secure entry with building-wide intercom and security system. It has a secure car park with a high tech Klaus fully automated parking system, with additional secure bike storage available. You'll get online through NBN fibre to the premises, with ethernet wired throughout the apartment.

The Somerville is located in Yarraville but is equidistant from the centre of both Seddon and Yarraville, within a 5-minute walk of both. If you aren't familiar with Yarraville, you have to come down and check it out. It is home to the beautiful Sun Theatre, The Railway Hotel, a host of excellent bars, restaurants and local shopping. Seddon also has some stellar bars, restaurants, bakery and shopping. You will not want for anything, and to boot, there is a Macca's and a Chemist 400m down Somerville Road. It is also straight across the road from the Fo Guang Shan Buddhist Temple, which allows you to walk out every morning and be greeted by the smiling face of Buddha, which has got to be good JuJu right!

In terms of transport, Yarraville train station is 450m away providing easy access to the city via public transport, or if you want to drive, it is about 8km. There is a bus stop around the corner for the 223 which will take you to Highpoint if big dirty shopping centres are to your liking. If driving is your thing, it has easy access to both the Princes and Tullamarine freeways, so any direction is at easy reach, with a halfa from either Tulla or Avalon Airport. This place would be well suited to those who are of the non-car / bike-riding persuasion too, with super close bike paths into the CBD, to Williamstown and along the Maribyrnong.

The Somerville is a well constructed and finished boutique apartment with a completely unique design, in a cracking location, that is close to everything you could possibly want. As it was built in 2019 it is still under builders warranty, so there is some additional security there too. It is the ultimate in low drag living.
