By far, the best renovation I have seen in this group over the last 20 years!

Such a clever design - using every square centimetre.

These single bedroom apartments are perfectly located in the very heart of Claremont and keenly sought after by investors, tenants and owners alike - especially the ground floor ones with courtyards.

Number 11, being situated on the ground floor has a large north facing courtyard - its position is arguably the absolute pick of the group. Being an 'end' apartment also means that you also have an east facing window bringing in all the morning sunlight you may need.

With the location being so close the Claremont Quarter, Claremont train station and local schools these apartments have an outstanding rental history. The property is currently tenanted at $450/wk on a tenancy through to February 2025 and with the current rental demand, we would certainly expect an even higher rental return next year - as another in the building up on the first floor with a far inferior, partial renovation has just been rented out at $505/wk!
