Details : The house is Farmhouse styled and set on 8.2 acres, however the acreage does not come with the property and the tenants will not have access to the farm land and two of the buildings. If you feel so inclined, your own organic veggie beds are available. Chickens will feature in 2025, and you could share in the eggs if you want to give them your kitchen waste. Entrance to the property is via your own private driveway with new double carport (not shown). Beautiful sliding automatic gates are being installed soon on this entrance. Due to the presence of a farm dam below the house, and the steep riverbank beyond, the house may not suitable for small children (drowning risk.) Pets by arrangement however dogs may not suit as there isn't fencing to contain them, and sheep sometimes graze close to the house.
